The invisible weight no one talks about

You're holding all of this in your head.

Every dose, every appointment, every caregiver handoff. Somebody has to hold all of it. Usually, that's you. Not because you asked for the job, but because nobody else is keeping track.

And when life gets busy, school runs, work calls, more than one caregiver in the mix, even the most on-top-of-it parent can lose track of who gave the last dose, or when the next one's due. That's not carelessness. That's what happens when one person is carrying a job that was never meant for one person alone.

When those details slip, the consequences are real, not just inconvenient: missed or doubled doses, mixed-up schedules, sometimes a clinic visit that better information could have prevented.

TotMediX takes some of that weight off your head, so there's less to carry, and more you can actually control.

The founder

Why I built this

TotMediX was built by Ayesha Abdul Basith, a solo founder and full-stack developer based in the UAE. The idea started when her son was sick and she was far away, trying to make sure everyone caring for him had the right information from the doctor. Over some of those nights, she kept coming back to the same realization: there was no app built for this. So she started building one herself. She brings a Computer Science background, an AWS certification, and hands-on product and engineering experience to TotMediX, built solo and self-funded, and shaped by the same gap she lived through as a parent.

Less to carry. More to control.
